Art Reflection Two

Your Task: To paint your photo using the colours you have chosen. Use your final draft to help you figure out what four colours you need for your backgrounds.

1. How do you feel about the work you did? Why
When I did my pop art work I felt ashamed  because I ruined it and I was mixing the colours.
2. What do you feel that you did well? Why?
I Did really well on my backgrounds but not on my faces.


3. What do you feel you did not so well? Why?

I did not do well because i never did my face the right colour.

4. What would you do differently next time? Why?
I will do the right colours on my face .

Andy Warhol

Did you know That Andy warhol dose pop art and he got shot three times by a very very bad! woman
and he still survived he was so lucky!                


Andy warhol makes  pop art and draws celebrities that are famous and he draws supermarkets and famous boxing people.            
Andy Warhol uses bright colours and he likes bright colours  and he draws marilyn monroe and mohammed ali different famous boing people and celebrities  and he does screen printing.

I like Andy warhol because inverts colours around and he wears different   wigs and he has his own factor that he draws his pitchers and screen prints his drawing.                      

Partly Cloudy

Today we watch a short film and it was called  partly cloudy.

 Partly cloudy is a film that is based on a myth and there was a lot of clouds. 

 Tt is set in the sky where all the clouds are.

the main characters is guss and peck  and they are friends and guss was a cloud that was under all of the clouds and guss was not very good at making things. When guss was making stuff peck was getting heart and peck went up to the other cloud that was up top and then guss was very mad and he created  a big storm and he stopped and he made it rain. The main message is that just try your best and never give up.

Your Task: To complete a draft for our Pop Art. You must make sure you count all the colours you need and plan what colours you are going to invert before you colour. We need to make a draft so that we know exactly what colours we use when we start our screen printing.
How do you feel about the work you did?

I felt so boring because it took me forever.

What did you do Good?
I did good on my coloring.

What did you do Bad?

I was bad at keeping inside the lines.
What would you do differently next time?
I well better at staying in the lines.

Swimming

On tuesday  we had to swim like a dolphin  and the we practice some other things .
We had a competition  and the  competition  was to not breath and see how far you  can go and the winner was me. I made it all the  way to the very end. 


Then the other class came then we had to get out of the pool and have a shower  and wash the chlorine off the we had to go into the changing room and get change fast. When everyone was changed waited in lines and got ready to go back to school.           

On Sunday it was Mother’s Day. I got up with my Dad and cooked some breakfast for my Mum. My Dad and I made eggs on  toast and spaghetti. When we were done we woke up my Mum and she started to eat. When she was done we took her plate and washed it and gave her a nice cold drink!

Then we took her out to visit her brother in Howick. After that we went to take my Mum for dinner at this restaurant called Denny's, then we went to go hire a movie from a video shop. We went back home and got dressed into our PJ’s, and watched the movie. The movie was called Damage and it is a fighting movie.  

I was feeling amazing because we went to a lot of different places. It was cool as day. I think that my Mum thought that Mothers day was so great
